Rosendo ‘Red’ Molina has spent his last thirteen (13) year as an Enterprise Information Management (EIM) solutions consultant / director at OpenText Public Sector Solutions, Inc. In this position he is responsible for the architecture and design of ECM, BPM, and ERP related solutions for Public Sector customers including document and records management, scanning and back-file conversion, business process management, extended ECM for ERP, custom application development, integration, system decommission, and migration.
Prior to OpenText, Red spent one (1) year as a technical consultant to the US Citizen and Immigration Services working on the recapitalization of the USCIS Immigration Systems and three (3) years as the ECM program manager at Discovery Communications deploying IBM Document Management and related ECM services to Discovery Communications world-wide offices.
Lastly Red spent eight (8) years as a principal and senior technical consultant at CGI (AMS) working on the NAVSEA NMCI program responsible for overseeing the application rationalization and FISMA compliance process for applications moving onto the NMCI network and as the lead senior analyst and technical consultant for the NAVSEA Acquisition Reform Team – Communities of Practice program.
Red’s formal education includes studies at Northeastern University in Boston – Industrial Engineering and Information systems and Virginia Tech in Blacksburg – Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Systems. Red resides in Chantilly, VA.
