Kimberly has over 25 years of Human Capital experience that spans military service, private industry, and Federal level public sector. Her primary areas of expertise include human capital planning, program evaluation, metrics, and recruitment and hiring. She has been with the Department of Treasury since 2012 in a variety of roles. Her current role involves serving as the Program Manager for Human Capital Planning, HRSTAT, and Metrics. Kimberly holds a Master’s of Science Degree from National Louis University and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Public Administration at Capella University with a focus on how organizations use data to influence decisions.
