Dr. Gary Rauchfuss serves as the Director, Records Management Training Program at the National Archives and Records Administration. His past positions include Chief, Learning Innovations and Initiatives Division of the TRADOC Institute for Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development, learning consultant with GR Performance Solutions, and instructional designer/project manager at Computer Sciences Corporation. He performs volunteer curriculum and faculty development work with the Partnership for Peace Consortium and the Africa Center for Strategic Studies.
Gary holds a Ph.D. in Education from Capella University, a M.S. in Education from Old Dominion University and a B.S. in Management from University of Maryland University College. His professional interests include investigation and application of evidenced-based instructional design practices, application of educational technology, and accelerating development of expertise.
